Use and responsibility
Convert only documents you are authorized to process. Review transaction counts, dates, amounts and destination mappings before relying on an export. The application does not provide accounting advice, verify the authenticity of a bank statement or guarantee a third-party import.
Allowances and availability
PDF usage is counted by source pages for each successful conversion. Failed conversions refund the application’s page allowance. Allowances reset each UTC calendar month. File size, page count, concurrency, provider availability and spending controls can limit processing.
Public launch status
The preview does not create a binding paid subscription. Real checkout is unavailable unless Stripe and cloud extraction are configured. The operator must complete and review the contractual terms, contact channel and privacy arrangements before enabling payments.
