Information to provide
Use your account email and describe the request. Do not send financial files or identification documents unsolicited. The operator may need to verify ownership through an appropriate process before disclosing or deleting account records.
Stored documents
Save the document receipt after conversion, including after a failed attempt. Use the deletion button in the converter or contact support with its document ID. Do not include the private deletion token in a public message. Review copies expire after 90 days; temporary download expiry is a separate process.
Processing practices
The rebuilt application does not sell transaction data or load advertising trackers. Optional cloud processing is a transfer to a document-processing provider for the requested conversion. Its terms should be evaluated separately.
