Your Rights Under the CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This page describes those rights and explains how to exercise them.

You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
  • Delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

FinanceConvert does not sell or share your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other consideration. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to Submit a Privacy Request

To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including requests to know, delete, correct, or limit use of your personal information — you may:

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, provided we give you notice. We do not charge a fee for processing your request unless it is excessive or repetitive.

We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. For account holders, this typically means confirming your email address. We cannot respond to requests for which we cannot verify identity.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. FinanceConvert does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
