What happens when I hit my limit?
Conversions will simply pause until the next billing cycle. We don't automatically upgrade you or charge overages. You can upgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard.
Is my financial data stored?
No. Files are processed entirely in RAM and immediately piped to the output format. The download is wiped upon retrieval or after an hour, whichever comes first. At no point is a file written to disk.
What formats are supported?
We accept strict digital PDFs from central banking institutions, alongside standard financial interchange formats like OFX, QFX, QIF, IIF, and unified CSVs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel directly from your Dashboard via the Stripe Billing Portal. There are no contracts, and your quota remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
